Now hiring for summer 2025
Receptionist
We’re looking for a new star to join our reception team, someone who puts the guest first and wants to offer unforgettable mountain experiences. As a receptionist at Hotel Funäsdalen, you’ll assist guests with check-ins and check-outs, manage bookings and restaurant reservations, and provide tips for excursions and local insights. You’ll also maintain the lobby, and sell kiosk goods and gondola tickets.
We’re looking for someone who:

Sees guest interaction as the top priority and thrives in a flexible, solution-oriented team.

Is comfortable with computers and communicates well in both Swedish and English.

Has experience in reception work or other guest service roles (an advantage but not required).

Housekeeping staff
We’re looking for driven team members ready to roll up their sleeves and join our cleaning team. Tasks include cleaning the hotel, hostel, and the cottages/apartments we manage. The cleaning and reception teams work closely together to ensure a fantastic mountain stay for our guests.
We’re looking for someone who:

A driver’s license and previous hotel experience are pluses, but not required.

Daytime waitress/waiter – Fjällrestaurangen
As a daytime server, you’ll prepare and serve breakfast and lunch. Your day starts by preparing hot dishes and setting up and refilling the buffet. You’ll welcome guests, keep the buffet looking fresh, clear dishes, and maintain cleanliness.
Opening hours:

Breakfast: Mon–Fri 07:00–09:30, Weekends 07:30–10:00

Lunch: Mon–Fri 11:30–14:00
We’re looking for someone who:

Is cheerful in the mornings, works hard, and values their role in the larger team.

We’re looking for new stars to join our evening service team at Fjällrestaurangen. This role includes traditional table service and bar duties. Most work takes place in the evenings, leaving your days free to explore the mountains and nature.

Daytime chef
At Fjällrestaurangen, we serve a lunch buffet every day. You’ll be responsible for preparing and maintaining the buffet, ensuring it stays fresh and appealing.
At Toppstugan, we offer an à la carte lunch with 7–9 dishes prepared ahead and cooked to order.
We’re looking for someone who:

Has experience working as a chef in a restaurant kitchen.

Evening chef
As an evening chef at Fjällrestaurangen, you’ll prepare and cook our à la carte menu. You’ll work in a team of 2–3 chefs per night, handling either the hot or cold kitchen section. Expect classic dishes with familiar flavors.
Most work is in the evening, giving you your days free to enjoy the mountain life.
