Funäsdalen is an incredible area for hiking. You will quickly pass the tree line, with endless mountain expanses in every direction. You will find abundant choices for beautiful routes in summer and well into autumn. You can also use the gondola to quickly reach higher up the mountain, or take a shorter tour of the mountain.
Around Funäsfjällen are trails known as the Gold Tours. Locals in the area have chosen 32 favorite routes, each one with its own description and map containing information about notable sights, stretches, and the level of difficulty. These routes are collected in a hiking guide, and Destination Funäsfjällen has also produced an associated map of Funäsfjällen that marks out most of the routes.
