Current information regarding the coronavirus/COVID-19

We take the coronavirus very seriously and have adapted our practices in accordance with the guidelines issued by the Public Health Agency of Sweden. It is important to us that as a guest, you feel safe with us, and you are welcome to submit questions or suggestions. Below we have gathered up-to-date information regarding the pandemic.

Our procedures

  • Our employees have updated cleaning and maintenance procedures for both hotel rooms and common spaces.
  • We regularly disinfect surfaces used frequently and by many people, such as doorknobs, payment terminals, elevator buttons, chairs, tables etc.
  • We facilitate good hand hygiene by making sure hand sanitizer is available for guests and employees.

Show consideration – keep your distance

  • We make an effort to plan well to avoid queues, but if queueing does occur, there will be signs and instructions for how to queue. Please keep a proper distance.
  • At our restaurants, we have increased the space between tables and the amount of outdoor seating.
  • We have posted signs as reminders to encourage everyone to keep their distance and maintain proper hand hygiene, so that no one forgets.
  • The gondola that takes you up to Toppen will be running, with the queuing system and payment options also adapted to reduce the risk of infection.

  • Follow the recommendations of government agencies and stay up to date
  • Be thorough with your hand hygiene: wash your hands well and for at least 30 seconds, and use hand sanitizer
  • Sneeze and cough into your elbow
  • If you have any symptoms, stay home and avoid social contact
